Your Wedding Stationery Journey

From our first conversation to the moment your invitations arrive, each step is thoughtfully guided and carefully executed over the course of approximately 10-12 weeks.

The Proposal

 

The first step is to submit an inquiry form. I will reach out to to schedule a Zoom call where we'll discuss your vision! This is where we talk about what your vision.

 

Next, I’ll send you a proposal outlining the design direction, scope of work, timeline, and investment. Once you've reviewed the quote and are ready to move forward, I’ll kick off the design process!

The Production 

Once every element is in place, I'll share the final proof. If you love it, then we go ahead into production!

 

At this stage, your completed guest list, which is formatted and ready for addressing, should be prepared.

Production typically takes 3-4 weeks. During this stage, I coordinate all components—from ordering wax seals, embossers, and ribbons to printing, addressing, and assembling each piece using premium materials and finishes.

The First Look

 

Within 2–3 weeks, you’ll receive your first presentation: a curated selection of fully realized designs for your invitation suite. Each direction is thoughtfully developed to reflect your vision and love story.

During this time, I recommend beginning to compile your guest list, including names and mailing addresses, in preparation for production.

The Final Delivery 

 

Your completed suites are carefully packaged and delivered to your doorstep, ready to be sent to your guests.

The Second Look

Your feedback is incorporated as the design is refined and elevated. Together, we shape each detail until the suite feels both personal and heirloom-worthy.


Note that up to three rounds of revisions are included at this stage.
